Policies     

  • Shipping

    Your item(s) will be shipped after receipt of verified payment. Orders are usually shipped by U.S. postal service first class within 2-3 business days after receiving your cleared payment. I can easily quote you a price on upgraded shipping if you need faster service.

    If the actual shippings costs are significantly less than the estimates, I'll refund your the account you used to make the payment. If you'd like insurance or delivery confirmation, or have any other shipping requirements, please let me know prior to purchase. Please wait for a revised invoice before sending payment.

    I do offer combined shipping for multiple items only if payment is sent for all items in one transaction.

    Rates depend on final packaged weight and destination.  Please wait for revised invoice before submitting payment.  I ship domestically (USA) as well as International.

  • Returns/Refunds

    • I accept returns if the item(s) are damaged in transit only. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs to me.
    Refunds will not be given due to customer non sastisfaction.
  • General

    Your satisfaction is of the utmost concern to me and I really want you to enjoy your jewelry as well as tell your friends about me.  That is why I have policies in place, for your protection as well as mine.  Please make sure you read and understand the policies that I have in place, as well as the item descriptions for whatever it is you are interested in before buying anything.  If there is something that you do not understand, do not hesitate to contact me and ask me your questions.  Shop credit less any shipping fees are the only refunds that I currently offer, so it is extremely important that you are happy with your purchase.  This credit can be used to purchase any other merchandise in my shop up to and including sales items.
  • Payment

    I accept PayPal only.  No personal checks, money orders, or cash upon receipt. Nonpayment within a 5 day time frame will cause the item to be re-listed.  If you are having issues with making payment through PayPal, please contact me and I will see what I can do to help you.  Please ensure that your e-mail address on this site matches your PayPal shipping address. Orders will be delayed if they do not.

    Taxes will be added for all Oklahoma orders.
  • Custom Orders

    I do custom orders on any piece of jewelry that I sell unless otherwise stated in the item description.  You can contact me almost anytime of the day between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm CST, I am constantly checking my conversations and e-mails.  If you see an item you like and would like it in different colors, or using different findings, please get in touch with me to discuss a customized piece. If it is just a color change to wire, beads, etc., there are no additional charges.    If the design of the piece is to be altered extensively, then there may be an additional charge.  I will give an estimate and then require a PayPal down payment, which will allow me to begin working on the customized piece. I will respond to you within a timely manner and will do my best to answer any questions you may have.  I make adjustments to the price of the item, whether it is more or less for you, based on the changes made.

    IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

    I feel it necessary to explain the terms used in my descriptions in regards to the wires that I use:

    SILVER
    If it does NOT say "Sterling Silver" then it is either silver filled, stainless steel, nylon coated beading wire, matte silver, etc.  I always try and list the most accurate information based on the suppliers descriptions of the materials.

    GOLD
    If it does NOT say 14kt or other for real gold then it is gold filled, etc.  Again, I always try and list the most accurate information based on the suppliers descriptions of the materials.
